Cancel Auto-Pay Pricing Option

While we're sad to see you leave, you're always welcome back at any time! To cancel your Auto-Pay Pass, please complete the form below. Please note the following policies:

  • All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellations are not permitted within the first 3 months of joining.

  • We require at least 14 days' notice prior to your next billing date to process a cancellation of any auto-pay pass. If your next payment falls within that 14-day window, the upcoming charge will still be processed, and your membership will remain active through the end of that billing cycle. It will not renew the following month.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through this form and confirmed with management. No exceptions.
