*All guests, both new and repeat, MUST be registered ahead of time. To pre-register a guest, first have them create an account with us online. Once they’ve created an account, please text (805-749-2607) or email (hello@grassrootsyogaventura.com) us with their full name and the class you’d like to sign them up for. Requests made less than 48 hours before class are not guaranteed, and your guest’s spot is not valid until confirmed by a Grassroots Yoga representative. We highly recommend registering your guest 48 hours in advance.

*We require at least 14 days' notice prior to your next billing date to process a cancellation of any auto-pay pricing option (all memberships, unheated passes, and mat storage contracts). If your next payment falls within that 14-day window, the upcoming charge will still be processed, and your auto-pay pricing option will remain active through the end of that billing cycle. Cancelling a family membership, cancels it for both those on the membership.

*Cancellation of auto-pay pricing options must be submitted through this form and confirmed with management. Once your membership is canceled, it will not be renewed. No refunds or proration. Please note that monthly memberships are unable to be canceled within the initial three-month commitment period. Any rate locks will be sacrificed and future auto-pay pricing options will be subject to the current rate at the time of sign up.

*For discounted memberships, you must present valid ID and credentials, yoga teachers must teach at least 1 class per week to qualify, not valid for spouses or family members. For discounted family memberships, both students must qualify for the discounted pass.
