TELL US A BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE
I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for about three years. I was first drawn to the movement and the sense of peace it gave me, and over time it shifted from a fitness practice into a spiritual one. I’m most connected to gentle and power flow styles, which help me return to the present moment and back to myself. Yoga has also helped me release the old belief that I needed to look or move a certain way to belong on the mat, and it’s become a grounding, healing part of my life.
TELL US A BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I’m a new teacher who began guiding classes during my 200-hour training, where I learned to lead flows with clarity and a grounding presence. My background in Reiki supports my ability to hold safe, restorative space, and I’m excited to share this gentle flow and energy-clearing practice with the community.
