I began practicing after finding out I had scoliosis from carrying three babies on the same hip for 5 years! It was then that I found the spirituality as well as the physical importance of the practice. I have since been a loyal yogi to myself ever since.
TELL US A BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I started teaching a community class for free right after I earned my RYT certificate. I did this for 2.5 years, I felt it was important to have a lot of practice with a mixed group to give myself experience. Now, I enjoy a group setting, teaching, vinyasa, yin and AIReal helping others find a true deep awareness of their own bodies. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE YOGA POSE?
Ustrasana, it took consistency and patience to be able to achieve this pose. Accomplishing a true study of my own body I was able to finally achieve the full expression of the pose.

ANY ADVICE FOR BEGINNERS?
Take it slow and don’t be intimidated by others. Find a teacher that has your vibe! Try all the teachers and all the styles!
