WHERE WERE YOU BORN AND RAISED?
TELL US A BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE
I began practicing after finding out I had scoliosis from carrying three babies on the same hip for 5 years! It was then that I found the spirituality as well as the physical importance of the practice. I have since been a loyal yogi to myself ever since.
TELL US A BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I started teaching a community class for free right after I earned my RYT certificate. I did this for 2.5 years, I felt it was important to have a lot of practice with a mixed group to give myself experience. Now, I enjoy a group setting, teaching, vinyasa, yin and AIReal helping others find a true deep awareness of their own bodies.
